The OG Hamburger that we've been serving since the beginning. The Brewdock Burger elevates the simple burger with freshly prepared and high quality ingredients. Our ground beef blend is made in-house with 60% brisket and 40% sirloin and is sourced from Atlantic Beef Products in PEI. The burger is prepared "Smash Burger" style on our griddle, seasoned simply with salt and pepper and seared with home-made bourbon BBQ sauce and crispy fried onion's. Add sliced cheddar, pickles, iceberg lettuce and our house burger sauce and you've got a time to be had. Placed on a tasty Brioche Bun! Also GF bun can be an option for all of you folks!
