Sourwood - Dirty Rose
A blend of Cider and Perry are macerated on freshly pressed skins and stems (pomace). Sourwood have sourced the pomace from the same winery every season immediately after the grapes are pressed. This years release, they introduced NY Muscat, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Marechal Foch (2020 harvest) with our base blend.
Aged for 5 months on pomace, the finished product puckers your cheeks like red wine but has a lighter appearance and weight.
